GOLF BACKGROUND
Originally from South Africa, Andrew Rice began playing golf with his father at an early age. After a successful junior career, he received a golf scholarship to the University of Central Florida at the age of 17.
At UCF, he went on to win three collegiate events and led his team to the NCAA Nationals his last two years. He was named a Second Team All-American and a two-time Academic All-American.
Following college, Andrew went on to play at the professional level, competing on mini-tours throughout the US, and also had a brief career on the South African Sunshine Tour.

COACHING CAREER
With a keen interest in the golf swing and through his own work with coaching guru David Leadbetter, Rice turned his focus to teaching where he worked for Leadbetter for over five years.
Heading out on his own, Rice worked as the Director of Instruction at Berkeley Hall in Bluffton, SC, for fifteen years. He now serves as the Director of Instruction at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa.
Rice coaches The Everyday Golfer and prides himself on the fact that there is not just one swing philosophy. He works with golfers of every caliber in his Three-Day Golf Schools, off-site schools, corporate events and also works with several college and junior players.

Erika Larkin played D-1 Golf at James Madison University. She found her passion for coaching and became a PGA Class A Professional in 2006. She was named Middle Atlantic PGA Teacher of the Year 2012, and one of Americaโs โBest Young Teachersโ by Golf Digest (โ12-โ19).
She has been ranked as Number 1 of โBest Teachers in Virginiaโ by Golf Digest โ14-present and can be found on the lesson tee full-time as the Director of Instruction at The Club at Creighton Farms in Aldie, Virginia.

Erika worked for American Golf Corporation in golf sales for two years until she realized her passion for teaching golf.
In 2006 Erika became a PGA Professional while growing instruction programs at International CC in Fairfax, Virginia.
In 2010 Erika founded the Larkin Golf Learning Community at Stonewall Golf Club in Gainesville, VA and enjoyed 6 seasons there before moving her teaching operation to The Club at Creighton Farms in Aldie, Virginia.

GOLF BACKGROUND
Adam Bazalgette was born in London, England and started playing golf at 10 years of age. A year later, he moved with his family to Scotland (not too far from St. Andrews) where his love affair with golf really began. He was hooked for life.
As a teenager, he moved to the United States in order to finish school and continue honing his golf skills. After making his way to Florida, he began working at a golf club in Orlando and taking lessons from a then-relatively unknown golf instructor; David Leadbetter.
At the age of 18, Adam turned professional and started competing on mini-tours around Florida.

COACHING CAREER
Over the next several years Adam transitioned into coaching and spent time teaching in New York and South Carolina. However, he always had a strong desire to move back to Florida, his โhome away from home.โ
An opportunity presented itself, and shortly after he relocated back to Orlando and began working at the original David Leadbetter Golf Academy. During his tenure there, he was able to observe some of the best players in the world practice, up close and personal, on a daily basis.
At the time Davidโs top students included Nick Faldo, Nick Price, Charles Howell III, Justin Rose, and many other top PGA Tour players and college standouts. A few years later, Leadbetter opened a second Academy in Naples, Florida, and chose Adam to become the Director of Instruction at the new David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
During this 13-year period, he traveled extensively for corporate outings and oversaw countless summer golf schools and clinics throughout the United States.
With a desire to stay closer to home and spend time with his wife and daughter, Adam accepted a position as the Director of Instruction at the prestigious Club at Mediterra in Naples, FL.
During the last 13 years Adam has taught at golf schools alongside the likes of David Leadbetter, Bennett & Plummer (founders of Stack & Tilt), Fred Shoemaker (Author of Extraordinary Golf, and Extraordinary Putting), Todd Sones (noted short game instructor, and Golf Digest Top 50), Mike Shannon (Putting coach to the pros, Golf Digest Top 50), Steven Yellin, Founder of Fluid Motion Factor, and mental coach to two Olympic teams, as well as numerous other coaches & instructors.

The son of a PGA Professional, Jeff Ritter started playing golf at the age of three in Lancaster, PA. A passionate and competitive junior golfer, Jeff knew he had to find a way to make golf part of his everyday life.
Jeff decided to start his golf career by pursuing a Professional Golf Management & Marketing Degree at New Mexico State University, which set him on the path of helping golfers improve on a daily basis.

Jeff Ritter is the Founder and Director of MAKE THE TURN Performance at Pronghorn Resort in Bend, Oregon (Golf Digest Editorโs Choice as โBest Academies in the West,โ).
Before that, Ritter served as Director of Instruction at Poppy Hills in Pebble Beach, CA. Ritter is an expert communicator with an impressive pedigree working with top amateurs, elite juniors, collegiate standouts as well as players on the professional tours.
An accomplished coach, author, and speaker, Jeff is known for his unique approach to teaching the game. His passion for inspiration, body health and mental flexibility has set him apart as a purveyor of not only playing well but living well.

A consistent presence in the world of golf media, Jeff has been a regularly featured guest on Golf Channel appearing on programs such as Morning Drive. In 2016 he was the studio host of PGA National Instruction Day on Golf Channel, the most-watched golf instruction event in history.
In 2014 he created the MAKE THE TURN Weekly Challenge Series for Golf Digest TV. The program was the most successful series on the Golf Digest platform, garnering 20 million viewers.
