Originally from South Africa, Andrew Rice began playing golf with his father at an early age.
After a successful junior career, he received a golf scholarship to the University of Central Florida at the age of 17. At UCF, he went on to win three collegiate events and led his team to the NCAA Nationals his last two years. He was named a Second Team All-American and a two-time Academic All-American.
Following college, Andrew went on to play at the professional level, competing on mini-tours throughout the US and also had a brief career on the South African Sunshine Tour.

COACHING CAREER
With a keen interest in the golf swing and through his own work with coaching guru David Leadbetter, Rice turned his focus to teaching where he worked for Leadbetter for over five years.
Heading out on his own, Rice worked as the Director of Instruction at Berkeley Hall in Bluffton, SC, for fifteen years. He now serves as the Director of Instruction at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa.
Rice coaches The Everyday Golfer and prides himself on the fact that there is not just one swing philosophy. He works with golfers of every caliber in his Three-Day Golf Schools, off-site schools, corporate events and also works with several college and junior players.

Andrew resides in Bluffton, SC with his wife Terri. They have two sons, Justin who works for Andrew Rice Golf and Jameson who attends the University of Georgia.
